We’re so thrilled to welcome 4 Suns Kitchen who is now operating in our deli space! This past weekend marked the first day of serving delicious soups, chili, smoothies, juices, wraps, and salads at the deli counter.

Come on by for a freshly cooked, warm, wholesome meal made with produce from Wild Onion Market and a whole lotta love from our wonderful market owners Gabi Walker and Byron Glapion of 4 Suns Kitchen! Bringing 4 Suns into the deli space is helping to divert vegetables and produce from the compost bin and into delicious, to-go recipes.

Rutabaga—fun to say, more fun to mash & dash with herbs and spices. Fun fact, rutabagas were cultivated as a cross between turnips and cabbage. Often overlooked, this old-climate crop is worth adding to your menu. Get the full recipe for mashed rutabaga with garlicy herb butter below!

Irish Dexter Beef + Sitka Salmon

Dexter is a heritage breed of Irish cattle with great marbling. In from John's Fowl Farm (Wilmington, IL), this premium beef is 100% grass-fed and makes for delicious burgers or meat sauces.

Last time, Sitka Salmon was gone in a flash! Wild-caught and sustainably-sourced, Sitka Seafood Market is always the freshest fish Alaska has to offer. We're stocked with Wild Alaska Keta and Coho Salmon, Miso Marinated Wild Alaska Sablefish, and Lemon Zest Salmon Burgers.
