New Local Products

Deerland Dairy Yogurt

This yogurt is made from Kilgus Farmsteads's grass-fed Jersey cows. Jersey cows produce higher levels of A2. This means they produce a product that is easier to digest for those who have experienced issues when consuming other dairy products. Plus, it's delicious!

Feta in Whey Brine

This mixed milk feta is bright and tangy with a signature creamy-crumbly texture. The cheese blocks are aged for at least one month in whey brine, which adds a lot of complex flavor.

Dexter Ground Beef

Dexters are an old heritage breed cattle from Ireland and is often considered to be higher quality than typical Angus beef. This comes to us from John's Fowl Farm in Wilmington, Illinois and is 100% grass-fed. Sold frozen.

The Jungle Film Screening

Join us on Earth Day, April 22nd at 7pm for a free screening of GM Matt Wechsler's latest documentary. The film is a modern-day take on Upton Sinclair's 1906 novel, revealing centuries of greed and exploitation in America's meat industry. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Matt and film subject Reginaldo Haslett-Marroquin. Click here to reserve your seat!
