New Local Pasture-Raised Lamb |
Former Chicago
residents Reginald Stewart Sr. and his wife Brenda wanted to find an
alternative to violent crimes in the city. Reginald founded Run-A-Way
Buckers in 1999 on his families old farm in Pembroke, Illinois, and it
soon turned into a working farm. Today you'll find Reginald's son –
Reginald Jr. – taking care of livestock and growing plenty of
vegetables. We're please to now offer their lamb shoulder steaks,
chops, roasts, shanks, and ground lamb. Sold frozen. |

Matt Wechsler's latest documentary. The film is a modern-day take on
Upton Sinclair's 1906 novel, revealing centuries of greed and
exploitation in America's meat industry. The screening will be
followed by a Q&A with Matt and film subject Reginaldo
Haslett-Marroquin. Click on the poster to reserve your seat.
