Date Night Idea

Need a cute, easy dinner (or date night) idea? We've got you!

...and so do these delicious heirloom tomatoes from Gooseberry Acres Farm and mixed cherry tomatoes from Good Soil Farms, plus huge--local--bunches of basil! Montebello's rigatoni scoops up the sauce of this easy one-pan pasta dish, which would be incomplete without parmesan basil butter from our friends at Skokie Provisions. And, for those who imbibe, we'd pair this meal with a glass of Cabernet Franc from Limited Addition. Happy dining! Pasta recipe is below.

Recipe of the Week

You've probably cooked this one before, but maybe not with ingredients as fresh as our local heirloom and cherry tomatoes and local garlic from The Fresh Patch. Level up your basic tomato basil pasta for an easy classic dinner this week!
