FINAL OUTDOOR MARKET OF 2025

TODAY the final Edgewater Monday Market of the outdoor farmers market season.

We're already getting a little emotional about it over here, because we love hanging out with all of you every Monday and we're not ready for it to end.

But hey, let's cheer up a little.

We have an extra special Chefs Table Demo from award winning coolbook author and culinary educator Dustin Harder.

Using fresh ingredients from our market vendors he's going to whip up The Cheesiest Cheese Sauce from his book Epic Vegan, as parted of his "Baked (or not) Nut Free Macaroni & Cheese." He'll also be selling and signing cookbooks.

We've got live music, produce, meats, snacks, sauces, spices, baked goods, breads, desserts, refreshments and more! Let's run it back ONE MORE TIME.

Indie Sushi Nouveau Asian

Indie Sushi has a new website! Indie Sushi Nouveau Asian is an Edgewater hotspot and a true Chicago original gaining acclaim from food magazines and satisfying palates. Indie's logo is an octopus, the many legs embodying the diverse influences and techniques brought to the cooking.

The food stands as a dynamic combination of savory Thai and simple Japanese cuisines presented with artistic elegance. Boundaries are stretched to develop dishes that defy all rules while holding true to the roots of both cuisines.

The approach is to amplify or subdue the spices and main ingredients of classic fare then mix influences from different cooking styles until the dishes are something completely new. Iggy and Gui hope that you will find Indie Cafe innovative, fun, and your new favorite neighborhood eatery.
