Lineup Reveal!

Edgewater Sidewalk Sale is on SAT 6/6!

Come stroll around the coolest and thriftiest neighborhood on the north side with friends & neighbors during the Edgewater Sidewalk Sale. Hosted at the same time as the legendary Edgewater Yard Sale, which will take place in residential yards throughout Edgewater.

Some of our absolute favorite retail stores, shops, and cafes will be open with special discounts and deals just for the occasion. So if you're hungry, looking to get out of the heat, out of the rain, or just not finding what you need in front yards, you can head to these places for more more more!!!

Hunt for treasures, unique gifts, or that one elusive item you’ve always been searching for at these great independently owned Edgewater businesses.

No registration necessary. Just make sure to double check store/cafe hours ahead of time. Many of these locations will be posting their special deals and promotions online and on social media. But they'll be open on Saturday 6/6, rain or shine!

Chicago's ONLY Monday Farmers Market is back on MONDAY

We're so excited to see everyone at the corner of Broadway & Thorndale starting MON 6/1 for 18 straight weeks of awesomeness.

Fresh produce, meats & dairy, baked goods, prepared meals, snacks, refreshments and more.

3pm-7pm rain or shine. We'll have 30+ vendors per market.

We have tons of our favorite vendors returning, plus a ton of new additions like Thai street food, a delicatessen, mushrooms, fried Mexican empanadas, Filipino empanadas, churros, puddings and more. We can't wait.

SSA #26 Renewal

Attention property owners on Broadway and adjacent commercial streets

Edgewater Chamber of Commerce is working to renew

Special Service Area #26 and we need your help!

For over 20 years, SSA #26 has invested in keeping the district vibrant, clean, and competitive, sustaining a dynamic corridor that serves thousands of residents, businesses, and visitors daily.

SSA's current term expires at the end of 2026, and we need the help of SSA tax-paying PIN-holders to renew SSA #26 for 2027 and beyond.

If you are a property owner or landlord in SSA #26 in Edgewater, now is the time. We need your signature and approval to renew for the next 15 years.

Without SSA #26, Broadway, Devon, and the adjacent business districts in Edgewater will lose essential services in 2027 like sidewalk litter abatement, landscaping, streetscaping, sidewalk snow removal, public art, branding, bike racks, and street banners.

In addition to renewing SSA #26, the SSA renewal committee is also proposing a small extension of SSA #26 west along Devon, towards Clark Street, which will allow for more consistent services along the entire stretch of Devon from Clark to Broadway.

Please join us in welcoming Natalia Salazar, our brand new

Membership & Events Manager, to Edgewater Chamber of Commerce!

Natalia is a North Side native who comes to us with several years of admin experience at not-for-profits and with the City of Chicago, including DCASE, Chicago International Film Festival, Independent Film Alliance of Chicago, and Chicago Park District.

She's going to be your main contact for most inquiries and for businesses looking to get involved in Edgewater Chamber.

If you're a chamber member or local business, you will probably hear from her soon. But feel free to swing by the office or shoot her an email (natalia@) to say hello.

Edgewater Castle Soccer Games

Edgewater Chamber is excited to announce that the we're teaming up with Edgewater Castle FC, our local soccer club, to curate the food vendor market at their double-headers this season. We've got one more, on SAT 6/6!

Vendors will include local businesses, members, and vendors who you may recognize from our farmers markets. They'll be providing a variety of food & drink options at 3 double headers at Winnemac Stadium (5105 N. Leavitt St.)

Street Vendor Applications are OPEN!

We are now accepting vendor applications for Edgewater Music Fest 2026!

If you're a restaurant, food truck, artist, maker, artisan, or retailer, now is the time to hop on over to edgewater.org to apply to be part of the coolest street fest on the North Side, taking place AUG 28-30 on Broadway, right in the heart of Edgewater.

All 3 days of the fest we'll have a massive street market with 100+ vendors on one of Chicago's WIDEST streets (100 feet wide, seriously, we measured it). We'll be showcasing tons of awesome local restaurants, artisan goods, souvenirs, apparel and more. Spaces are filling up quickly so don't delay!
