Fortunately, this week, my part of the country has moved into beautiful, ‘normal’ July weather, and I am finding normalcy and respite in a good glass of wine. By normalcy, I don’t mean the same old, same old. I mean the familiar pleasures of exploring a zippy white or a light red from a grape or region I don’t know well.
