Hatchet Burger is back with its weekly pop-up and a menu featuring ingredients sourced from the Evanston Farmers Market. This week's specials include the Mushroom Swiss Butter Burger made with oyster and cremini mushrooms, and the Chimkin Patty with squash blossoms and kohlrabi. The menu also features heirloom tomatoes, garlic scapes, smashburgers, the Bacon Rodeo Burger, a house salad, and fries or tots.
