Breathwork & Sauna

This breathwork session, led by coach Troy Johnston, offers a unique Sunday afternoon experience on Lake Michigan. Participants will engage in 20 minutes of guided breathwork, paired with 40 minutes of free-flowing contrast therapy between the sauna & the cold water.
