Join Orangetheory Fitness and The Chopping Block for a fun, feel-good evening that combines movement and nourishment—all in one night! The experience kicks off with a coach-led Orangetheory workout at 4:45pm, featuring a science-backed mix of cardio and strength training to get your energy up. After the workout, head across the street to The Chopping Block for a hands-on cooking class focused on creating balanced, flavorful meals using seasonal produce, whole grains, and lean proteins. You’ll learn practical techniques for making healthy cooking simple and satisfying, and leave with fresh inspiration (and recipes!) you’ll want to use again and again. By registering, you’re signing up for both the workout and the cooking class—making this the perfect pairing of fitness and fuel. Click here to register.
