Up Yonder in Buena Park! A Journey Through the Remarkable History of Buena Park

Saturday, March 22nd | 11am-12pm

Experience the remarkable history of Chicago's Buena Park with longtime resident and historian Scott Vermillion as your guide. Scott will reviewal hidden gems and little-known stories of residents, homes, and events that, although lost to time, have shaped Buena Park's cultural heritage.

Yoga At the Library

Join Cindy Huston, founder of Yoga Body Elements and Uptown Wellness Festival, for Yoga at the Uptown Branch of the Chicago Public Library.

This is an all-levels yoga class that will involve breath work (pranayama), standing and seated poses, yogic philosophy, and mantra. Cindy will offer a variety of wellness information that will enhance your wellbeing and your personal practice.

Registration is required. Bring your yoga mat and towel.
