Spring has sprung at the Market!

Winter Market on Main is back this Sunday, March 23. Eggs, eggs, eggs – we'll be fully stocked with eggs this Sunday. Get there early though – these sell out FAST.
This Sunday, we welcome Forno Pavese to the Winter Market. This Neapolitan-style pizza truck will be serving up breakfast and lunch pizzas.

At the Market this Weekend

- Firepits: There's nothing like a roaring fire! Warm up while you shop.
- Live Music: Nancy Kabat will perform starting at 10 a.m.
- Kids Activity: Stop by the green Skokie Farmers' Market tent starting at 10 a.m. for a fun spring kids activity (while supplies last).

The indoor/outdoor market is located at 4051 Main St. in Skokie, and will run twice a month on Sundays through April, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Fresh breads and jams, as well as fresh pasta and a huge selection of cheeses. There is something for everyone this Sunday.
Other items at the Market this weekend include meat (burgers, pork chops, sausage), eggs, a variety of apples, cranberries, frozen blueberries, honey, apple cider, fresh pasta, pasta sauce, baked goods, cheese, peanut butter, coffee beans, a variety of mushrooms, granola, salsas, chocolate, spices and rubs, spreads, kettle corn, dog treats, pierogis, jams, jellies and so much more!

The Skokie Farmers' Market accepts SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program). To further support SNAP recipients, the Market offers a Match program, matching the recipients with $25 per transaction. For each dollar deducted from your Link card at the Market, you will receive $25 in matching funds.

Meet your Farmers' Market Staff

| Jennifer Engel
Market Manager & Illinois Certified Farmers Market Manager
This is Jennifer's 5th season with the Skokie Farmers' Market. With over 20 years of experience at Chicago's North Shore Convention and Visitors Bureau, Jennifer is a true expert on all things 'North Shore.' Her passion for gardening is unmatched, making "green thumb" seem like an understatement. Jennifer also serves on the Board of the Illinois Farmers Market Association and actively participates in several community organizations. In her free time, she loves tending to her extensive home garden and exploring the outdoors with her partner and their three rescue dogs.
Steve Klebe
Assistant Market Manager
This is Steve's 4th season with the Market. He is no stranger to Skokie. Steve has worked for the Village of Skokie for over 10 years as a Property Inspector. Steve has three dogs, a big yard with native prairie / woodland plant garden. He enjoys camping and music by Jimmy Buffett. Steve is looking forward to the Market this year to meet both customers and farmers and is hoping for some good gardening tips!
