4. Learning is self-directed, but share what you learned: 

 

Employees need to take ownership of their AI knowledge. You can't rely on others to teach you. You have to do the work.

 

But, share what you learn. The best way to accelerate adoption in your company is through inspiration.

 

Encourage teams to share their AI use cases and workflows with others, this is consistently the best way I've seen to grow AI adoption across teams.

 

5. Before asking for more headcount and resources, leaders should ask if AI can do this.

 

Constraints are everything.

 

We need employees to think AI first. Constraints will cause everyone to adopt that mentality and look for ways AI can add productivity and efficiency across everything we do.
