Dear Friend of Andersonville,
Wow, there is so much happening in Andersonville this weekend! From ribbon cuttings and the 2nd annual Vintage Store Day to Renegade Craft Fair, Eurovision watch parties, Spring Wine Walk (tickets going fast) , and neighborhood events all weekend long, the district is packed with things to do. Vintage Store Day on Saturday, May 16 now includes more than 1,200 participating shops across the U.S. and Canada and was co-founded by Andersonville’s own Rare Form. Rare Form is giving away 20 VSD limited-edition tote bags to the first 20 people who make a purchase on Saturday and a free gift with purchase while supplies last.

Don't miss Paper & Pencil's ribbon cutting at 11AM on Saturday, May 16 at their new location at 5208 N Clark. The first 50 customers will receive a free gift with purchase! Renegade Craft Fair is in Andersonville this weekend on May 16 & 17 from 11AM-6PM. Visit the vendors along Clark from Bryn Mawr to Edgewater Avenue.
Join the fun at MAYFest on May 17 with performances, hands-on activities, and the community Wheel-a-thon hosted by CirquesExperience. The event kicks at 10:30AM at the Thorndale Gym before volunteer rollers travel through Edgewater to support Team USA’s journey to the 2026 World Championships, followed by a raffle featuring prizes from local Andersonville and Edgewater businesses.
Whether you’re shopping vintage, supporting local artists, grabbing brunch, or celebrating with friends, there’s no shortage of ways to explore the neighborhood this weekend.

HAPPY HOUR AT REPLAY & ELIXIR ANDERSONVILLE Looking for a happy hour spot? Replay Andersonville and Elixir Andersonville are serving up weekday happy hour specials Monday through Friday from 4-6PM. Sip on discounted drafts, margaritas, martinis, wines, frozen drinks, and old fashioneds while snacking on fried pickles, buffalo chicken egg rolls, and nachos. Whether you’re meeting friends after work or kicking off a night out in Andersonville, both spots have you covered. Eurovision season has also officially arrived at Replay Andersonville. Catch all the glitter, drama, iconic performances, and key changes with fellow fans during the Second Semi-Final on Thursday, May 14 at 2PM and the Grand Final on Saturday, May 16 at 2PM while enjoying arcade games and cocktails.
DRAG NIGHT AT MINYOLI Minyoli’s Drag Date Night: Lost in TranSLAYsian is on May 26 from 6-8PM! Hosted by Holly Berry Blossom and Ryne Stone, the evening will feature performances by Stariana, Sleepie, and Philippe Mignon alongside a buffet of Minyoli favorites. Tickets are $40 in advance through May 25 or $45 at the door, drinks will be available for purchase, and the event is open to guests 18+.
VIRTUAL TOWN HALL Join the office of State Representative Kelly Cassidy on Wednesday, May 20, from 6-7:30PM for a virtual town hall. They will be giving updates on the Representative’s bills, the budget, and the end of session, with guest speakers State Representative Lindsey LaPointe and State Representative Will Guzzardi. Click on this link to register. While completing registration you will also have a chance to submit questions you would like answered during the meeting. Zoom links will be sent out the day of the event.
