TL;DR: On March 12–13, AI engineer and head of technical consulting at Every Mike Taylor is teaching Build Production-ready Apps—a live, hands-on workshop for builders who have a working prototype and want to turn it into something real people can use. You'll leave with a deployed app with authentication, a database, and all the infrastructure to go with it. Early bird pricing is available now (includes the workshop and an annual Every membership).

I've seen a lot of people get stuck at the same place: They've built something with Claude Code that works—it does the thing you want it to do and impresses people in demos—but they can't hand it to anyone to use. It doesn't have login, the data doesn't persist, and it's running on their laptop.

Getting from there to a real, working app used to mean hiring engineers or spending months learning infrastructure. Most people gave up before they got there. That ceiling is gone now. One person with Claude Code and the right patterns can build what used to take a full team. This workshop teaches you those patterns.

In two half-days, we'll go from "kind of works" to production-ready. You'll set up OAuth authentication, integrate a real database, and deploy something you can hand to users the moment the session ends. We'll work through the hard parts together—breakouts with experienced mentors, real-time troubleshooting, and dedicated building time on your own project.

Who this is for: Technically inclined operators who've put at least 10+ hours into building with Claude Code, and non-technical founders, product managers, and consultants who want to ship things without relying on an engineering team. If you took Claude Code for Beginners, this is the natural next step—and if you've been building on your own, it's where you go to take that further.

Every CEO Dan Shipper and Kieran Klaassen—general manager of Cora and creator of the compound engineering philosophy—will join as guest instructors.

What you get:

  • Two half-day live workshops with hands-on building time
  • Guest instruction from Dan Shipper and Kieran Klaassen
  • Step-by-step walkthroughs of database integration, OAuth flows, and deployment
  • Real-time troubleshooting support during breakouts and independent work sessions
  • Patterns you can apply to any project, not just the one we build together
  • An annual Every membership ($288 value): access to our daily newsletter, AI tools like Cora, Sparkle, Spiral, and Monologue, workshops, and our Discord community
