Today is Thesis: 2027, Every’s first conference, where founders, builders, and researchers will share what they’re learning about working with AI. Tune in to the livestream any time from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. We're giving away $20,000 in credits and benefits from Notion, Anthropic, and OpenAI to random registered livestream attendees.

So you’ve managed to get AI to automate more of your work. Now what?
As models advance, it can feel like you’re either racing to stay ahead of what they can automate or just trying to keep up with what they mean for your work. Today, at Every’s first-ever conference, Thesis: 2027, we’re bringing together people who are testing the answers to what comes after automation. They’re building businesses, changing how teams operate, and exploring what becomes possible when more of the execution can be handed to a machine.
We wanted to bring this group together because so much of what we’re learning about AI is still scattered. Hearing what worked for someone else can help you decide what to try next. It can also give you an idea you wouldn’t have thought to try, regardless of what your work or organization looks like.
Consider two sessions on the main stage. At noon, solo founders Julian Weisser and Ben Cera will discuss how far AI can help one person go alone and where they still need to turn to another person. Shortly afterwards, Microsoft’s Katy George will talk about bringing AI to a team of 230,000. These are operating problems at opposite ends of the scale, but looking at them together offers a useful way to think about your own and how you choose to use AI to solve them.
Other sessions will get into the decisions that follow. How do you choose what software is worth building when it becomes much easier to build? OpenAI’s Andrew Ambrosino will explore that question with Every CEO Dan Shipper. And what changes when the people who need software can create it themselves? Lovable’s Lauren Rhode and Nursa founder Curtis Anderson will discuss what happens when everyone builds.
We aren’t just curating expertise from organizations worth emulating but sharing our own, too: At Every, we believe writing remains as relevant as ever in the age of AI, and staff writer Katie Parrott will walk through her approach to Compound Writing. Engineers Kieran Klaassen and Trevin Chow will explore a related question in Compound Engineering: As agents take on more of the coding, where does human judgment matter most? And how do you know whether your agents are doing better on the tasks that matter to you, in ways that you value? Head of evals Mike Taylor will explain how to move beyond a gut feeling and test it.
More than 400 of us are gathering today in Brooklyn, but we’re livestreaming all the sessions for free, because we believe these discussions are just as relevant for everyone who can’t join us in person. Whether you’re building a company, leading a team, or experimenting with AI in your own work, we’ll learn more if we can compare notes—and we’d love to hear from you.
Applied AI engineer Yash Poojary, engineering lead Andrey Galko, and I will be in the livestream chat all day. Join us at any time, for any or all of the 25 sessions. Come say hello, tell us what you’re trying, and join the conversation as the sessions unfold. Tune in for your chance to win part of our $20,000 giveaway of Notion, Anthropic, and OpenAI credits and benefits.

Stop explaining AI to your team and start showing them. Every Agent does the work in Slack, where everyone can see it, so one good workflow quickly becomes the whole team’s.
